Gutter-Con  and Perception have joined forces to create an industry-first:

Large-scale data models predicting job performance and tenure in the gutter trades.

Pre-Hire.

Leveraging the transformative power of AI, these models will enable member companies to decrease turnover, enhance employee performance, and cut down technician, dispatcher, and CSR training time. Members gain access to prediction models for performance and attrition, particularly for high turnover positions.

The Pathfinders Group is available to members from the gutter sectors who are willing to commit to building a model that will help their business as well as their peers in the industry.

Participants in the Pathfinder Group, will work closely with Perception's team of psychologists, data scientists and software experts to analyze  performance data from their teams and develop performance models that can be deployed in the recruitment process. Each participating member can expect to devote  around 12 hours leadership time over a period of 60-days.  Because these models have been influenced by their input they can be certain that they are fine-tuned for their recruiting environment. They will also receive priority, white-glove access to the Perception team while deploying these models into their business. WhoHire is an AI tool that helps fully automate your technician recruiting and hiring process, and the prediction models we build will be embedded into this system for your full-access use.
